A bruise. A missed meal. A sudden change in behaviour. Something quietly said to an educator. A parent struggling at pick-up. On their own, these observations may not reveal the whole story. But when signals are connected over time, a very different picture can emerge.
The RED FLAG Promise is SAFE’s commitment to make sure children showing the highest levels of concern are brought to the top and seen first. SAFE connects human observations around a child using the SAFE Triage System to identify patterns and escalating levels of concern. As signals accumulate, the system raises RED FLAGS and prioritises children according to the level of concern, bringing those with the highest red flags to the top of the SAFE dashboard for trained professional review.
The greater the concern, the higher the child rises. SAFE brings the children showing the strongest RED FLAGS to the top, ensuring those at greatest risk are triaged first, seen and heard when it matters most.
